    Returns

    Each product purchased at Sportano can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The returned product must not bear any signs of use. 

    Important! Returned goods are sent back at your own expense. The parcel can be returned using any courier company. However, it is advisable to use a service that offers parcel tracking and insurance.

    How it works?

    1. Register your return by completing the online form.

    2. In the form, select the order you wish to return.

    3. Then, select the products you wish to return.

    4. Choose how you want to make the return.

    5. Send the returned products using the selected method.

    Option for those who made a purchase using a customer account. Log in to your account, select the order from the list and follow the instructions.

    For unregistered users

    Option for those who made a purchase as a guest and do not have a customer account. Click the "Return without logging in" button and follow the instructions.

    Available return methods

    We offer the possibility to send the return on your own. Note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

    1. Return on your own to Poland

    Return instructions:

    Secure and pack the products - place the provided return instructions in the box with the returned goods. If you are going to use the original packaging, remove the old label.
    We do not accept shipments sent to parcel lockers and pickup points or cash on delivery.

    Refund

    The refund will be issued to its original payment method, such as your bank, credit card, or PayPal account.

    Once your return is accepted, you will receive payment within a maximum of 14 days after we receive your return package. In practice, the funds should be on your account within 3-5 working days.

    • How can I make a complaint?

      If you want to make a complaint about a product purchased in the Sportano store, go to the Complaints tab. There you will find a complaint form, which should be completed and sent to contact@sportano.com. Our team will keep you informed about the decision of the complaint and further steps.

    • What is subject to the complaint?

      Complaints are subject to all products purchased in the Sportano store. In the case of a group of food products (e.g. supplements and nutrients), the complaint must be submitted within the product's shelf life.
